LEVEL 2 – 11.59PM 16th November 2021

Level 2 – in-store we have restricted space marked out for customers and a maximum of 3 customers in-store at one time. Our side door is also available for contactless drop-off or collections – a great option if you need to quickly drop something off or collect an order.

Store Hours 

  • During Level 2, we will be operating Monday to Friday 8:30am – 5:30pm and Saturday 10am- 3pm. 

Shopping at Imageland 

  • Please do not come in if you are unwell 
  • Please remember to bring your mask with you to wear while in-store 
  • We can safely have three customers in-store at a time – please wait outside until there are two customers in-store before entering  
  • Both our front doors and side door will be open – please use the side door if you wish to do contactless shopping 

Covid-19 Health & Safety 

  • Imageland will be taking all necessary steps as outlined in our Covid-19 Safety Plan to ensure we are operating in a safe & healthy environment for our team and customers; we will be operating based on the latest information & recommendations as advised by the Ministry of Health 
  • Any employees who have a fever or signs of Covid-19 will not be working in-store 
  • Employees will be regularly hand washing and using hand sanitiser 

Passport, Visa & I.D Photos 

  • Passport and ID photos will be available, but not yet for babies that are unable to support their own head 

LEVEL 3, STEP 2 – 2nd November 2021

Level 3, step 2 – We can have clients in-store, however, this is restricted to a maximum of 3 clients at a time. We will have clear markers in-store to indicate safe social distancing between other clients and our team. Masks must be worn to enter the store, we will also be wearing masks.

Our side door will still be available for contactless drop-off or collections.

If you’re visiting for a quick, simple drop off or collection, we recommend utilising this door wherever possible.

Imageland - COVID level 3, step 2

 

  • Store Hours
    • During Level 3 – Step 2, we will be operating from the store Monday to Friday 8:30am – 5:30pm and Saturday 10:00am – 3:00pm

    • Employees will be regularly hand washing and using hand sanitiser.
  • What kind of things we can do during Level 3
    • Photo printing: We can accept & complete print orders during level 3, step 2. We will have a kiosk available in-store to order photos through. You can also send your files to us electronically – e-mail and Dropbox are the most popular options. If you are wanting to print images from your phone, please use the ‘Local Prints Now’ app, available for both Android and iOS. For more info about how to do this, please click here.
    • Film developing: We can accept film developing orders via courier; packages may be ‘quarantined’ before being handled & opened by our employees. Remember, films cannot be replaced, so please only send them to us via tracked courier as we would hate for them to go missing on their way to us! You can also drop your films to us at the store. Our contactless drop off & collection point is ideal for dropping your films to us!
    • Passport, Visa & ID Photos: We can take passport photos for anyone that can sit or stand on their own with no assistance (Sorry babies, you’ll have to sit this one out until we can get closer to you!).
    • Photo / slide / negative scanning:  We can accept scanning orders either in-store or at our contactless drop off / collection point. If using our drop off point, please have your order organised in a way that allows us to maintain a contactless experience. Include very clear instructions (bonus points if you include your contact details too!) with the items being left. Scanning orders can also be couriered to us (again, please include clear instructions) – please only use tracked courier options & package your originals carefully to help mitigate damage on the way to us.
    • Framing: You can now come in store to design & order your frames with us!  However, if you prefer, you can leave your items for framing with us, where we can then go through a virtual design consult with you, or match previous orders as required. We have loaded the styles in our standard framing range onto the website – this might be helpful to narrow down what you might want, but is by no means our entire range!
    • Bits of frames: If you’re just after a bit of a frame (i.e. glass, matboard, backing, hanging accessories) and you’re really confident with your measurements, give us a call or e-mail. We will be able to cut & supply products. You can also come in-store to order these items. Glass, matboard & backing might be a bit tricky to courier, especially if large, so we recommend collecting these items if possible.
  • Pickup & delivery of your orders
    • Our front doors will be open & clients will only be able to enter the store if they have a mask on. We will have a dedicated area at our side roller door (usually dedicated for deliveries) for the collection of orders.
    • We can courier orders to you via  NZ Couriers.

 

LEVEL 4

At Level 4 we will be closed but answering phones and emails.
